If you do not wish to be bound by these terms and conditions, please do not use the Website. These terms and conditions include and incorporate the Up All Hours Personal Privacy Policy and Cookies Policy and any reference to the terms and conditions shall be deemed to include the terms set out in the Personal Privacy Policy and the Cookies Policy.
2. The Aim of Our Site
The Website provides information, support and an online community for parents, with a special emphasis on the night-time needs of parents. The information provided on the Website is in no way intended as a replacement for formal advice and/or clinical diagnosis offered by a qualified health professional. When using the Website you need to forge your own judgment concerning the accuracy and helpfulness of the opinions, advice, services and general information it carries. Importantly, if you or your child has any health problem or you are considering taking any medicines (especially if you are pregnant) or giving any to your child, we strongly advise you to consult a health professional.
3. Towards a Healthy Community
The Website must only be used for lawful purposes. You may not use the Website to send, knowingly receive, upload, download, use or re-use material which does not comply with these terms and conditions or our Chatting Protcol.

11. Keeping Up All Hours up-and-running
