What you need:
- 1 1/4 cup cold press apple juice (or your favourite apple juice)
- 1 large handful of baby spinach
- 2 inches of cucumber, cut in thick slices
- 1/2 stick of celery, cut in chunks
- 1/2 scooped avocado
- 10-12 mint leaves
- 1cm peeled sliced ginger (or to your taste)
What to do:
Place all the ingredients into the blender and start the blender on low, increasing the speed to high until you have a smooth blend.
